Updating my previous 5-star review from 7 years ago. Unfortunately, this is a downgrade from 5 stars to 1 star. At the time, I had two flat tires from construction debris, and Allen Tire patched them quickly for about $30?saving me from replacing a $300 tire. The turnaround was reasonable, and the staff was pleasant. That experience earned 5 stars. Today is a completely different story. I attempted to schedule a simple tire balance and was met with a frustrating and broken process from start to finish. The phone system is confusing and misleading, and despite multiple attempts?two calls through corporate and a third directly to the store?I was unable to reach anyone. Hold times ranged from 5?6 minutes to over 20 minutes, with zero pickups. When I did previously reach the store, I spoke with someone named Jaime. I asked a straightforward question about timing and was told there was no way to come in without waiting approximately 1.5 hours. The interaction itself was dismissive, and when I asked who I was speaking with, the response was abrupt and unprofessional. In trying to navigate the phone system further, I reached a separate department that was equally unhelpful and unable to assist or route the call appropriately. The difference between my experience then and now is night and day. What used to be a straightforward, customer-friendly operation now feels disorganized, difficult to reach, and lacking basic customer service. I have dealt with Jaime before. Respectful, pleasant, professional. Gave my daughter a really great deal on new tires. We will come back for other repairs on our cars Thank you
